Pro-Vega's Leaf Separator (SN Series) is ideal for separating leaves, clods and loose soil from product flow.
The machine is equipped with a hedgehog belt that allows the product flow to be filtered in a product-friendly manner. With the help of two wiper rollers, the flow is carried out to a side of your choice (left or right). The waste stream falls onto a belt and is stored in a box at the end of the machine.
The leaves separator is available in a belt width of 800 or 1000 mm. Capacities of up to 20 tons per hour can be achieved with the SN-Duo series.
The leaves separator can be supplied in various configurations. In addition, we are also happy to design and realize a custom solution to make this leaves separator fit as ideally as possible into your current processing line.

De Loofscheider van Pro-Vega (SN-serie) is ideaal voor het scheiden van loof, kluitjes en losse grond uit de akkerbouwgewassen.
De machine is voorzien van een egelband waarmee op een productvriendelijke wijze de productstroom kan worden gefilterd. Met behulp van twee afstrijkrollen wordt de stroom naar een kant naar keuze uitgevoerd. De afvalstroom valt op een band en wordt aan het eind van de machine in een kist opgeslagen.
De loofscheider is beschikbaar in een bandbreedte van 800 of 1000 mm. Met de SN-Duo serie kunnen capaciteiten van wel 20 ton per uur worden behaald.
De loofscheider kan in verschillende configuraties worden geleverd. Daarnaast ontwerpen en realiseren wij ook graag een maatwerkoplossing om deze loofscheider zo ideaal mogelijk te laten aansluiten in uw huidige verwerkingslijn.
